Brief Answer:
Kindly asked for some more information and a couple of images

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to Ask a Doctor service,

A rash after a camp can be caused by several conditions. Infective disease and insect bites can be considered first.

Some more information on the rash is important. For instance,
- how long ago did the rash start
- does it itch or hurt
- has she been bitten by insects in the areas of the rash (ticks)
- does she have any fever or other complaints

Also having a couple of pictures would be very helpful.

I am waiting to hear from you soon with the above needed information and possibly a picture or two of the lesions.
I remain at your disposal for further medical assistance.
