Question : Hi,
My husband is having curled up skin around his private area exposing the head and inner red skin. The skin is folded and is not going back to its normal state. It is not having pain right now.

Based on the facts that you have posted your husband seems to have developed what is called as Paraphimosis .

Consult qualified Urologist or General Surgeon for clinical examination . It needs to be reduced at earliest .

If possible please upload phograph of his Penis to make precise suggestions
