Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your question on Ask a doctor forum.
I can understand your concern.
I have gone through the reports you have attached.
Her chest x ray is normal.
Her PFT is suggestive of mixed pattern, both obstructive and restrictive pattern.
This is commonly seen with chronic bronchitis.
Her total WBC count is very high.
This might be due to flare up of CLL.
So please let me know

2. What are her thoughts symptoms?

Hi,

Thanks for the reply. I have attached latest CBC report. She is having Weezing sound while talking. Having anxiety and High B.P. Also, her neck is shaking when she feels more anxiety. Feeling weak.

Is this anything to worry about. Can this be curable. Can i know is there any stage for chronic bronchitis(Severe or mild)

Brief Answer:
This is moderate degree of bronchitis.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your follow up question on Ask a doctor forum.
I can understand your concern.
According to her PFT report, this is moderate degree of bronchitis.
She should start inhaled bronchodilators (formoterol or salmeterol) and inhaled corticosteroid (ICS) (budesonide or fluticasone).
She should also start anxiety medications.
Please let me know if she is already taking any of these drugs.
I will be happy to help you further. Wishing good health to your mother. Thanks.
