Brief Answer:
Can eb due to muscle spasm or osteoarthritis.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
The pain in both knees, hips and lower back after a shoe lift can be due to a muscle spasm in the areas due to the shoe lift. The pain can be related to osteoarthritic changes and joint capsular inflammation. Since the MRI scans are normal there is not likely to be any major deformity.
You can consult an orthopedician and get some oral muscle relaxants prescribed. You can also decrease the shoe lift back to 6mm for relief. Doing a hot compress and applying a local analgesic gel will help.
I hope this answers your query.

Brief Answer:
Osteoarthritis likely.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
The persistent pain and no improvement on reducing 1mm is suggestive of osteoarthritis. A direct examination and X-ray or MRI scan of both knee joints will help in confirmation of diagnosis.
Hope my answer is helpful.
