Question: Hi, My son (4 years old) is diagnosed with scabies and on doctors advice we have used permethrin cream 7 days before once and now we are using dermaden lotion and momate lotion twice a day and atarax syrup once during night. We still have small rashes appearing. Is it advisable to use permethrin cream once more?
