Question : Hi,
My wife is sufferring from low backache since she underwent caesserian section last year. She typically has pain where needle was inserted for anaesthesia. Before that she was absoloutely fine. few days back we came to know that she is pregnant again. She We do not want this baby as our first child is merely 1.5 years Please advise following

1. Solution for his backache
2. Please advise medicine for abortion

since it was caesarean operation it is not safe to take medicine without direct supervision of a gynaecologist .
Incomplete abortion and excessive bleeding is commonest side effects.

SPINAL anaesthesia very rarely cause backache.It is similar to any other injections.pain may be there 24 to 48 hrs.
Better get a direct checkup with orthopedic dr .
