Question : Hi. On and off for about 8 years now i would feel some slight burning and slight swelling in the four glands on either side of my neck. It comes with fatigue, increased need for sleep and low energy, loss of appetite. The loss of appetite lingers for days, and i go an entire day without the desire to eat and lose weight and muscle mass.
Occasionally when its more severe: A mild rash slightly itchy on my torso, usually one side or the other and a tiny red lesion, it doesnt bleed and is slightly itchy with no pain. It resembles pictures i've seen online of a syphilis or Epstein barr dot. over the last 8 years have been tested 3 times for ep-br and syphilis all negative and twice for hiv. They checked hep B and C too.
When its most sever i get pain around the base of penis,in the section where the abdomen begins to meet the shaft. Tenderness there and so i massage it a little. it tender to hurt more on the right side. mostly from top and around to the right side, all just below the base of the penis toward the abdomen.
Best answer i've heard is allergies. i do smoke cigarettes and i am trying to quit.
I'm having a more sever version of this "outbreak" and it includes that above symptoms and this time also headache, throat pain and mild dizziness. mild fever. so it could be happening to co-occuring this time with a cold. but the above pattern comes and goes several times per year, usually not this sever.
Thoughts about what i should consider and or look into?

Brief Answer:
Please give details and post actual photographs.
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood the concerns.
Please provide additional information for me to assist you better:
Post the photos of rash on torso if you have rash/photos; should be clear and focused in JPEG format attached to this query. Also post photos of the neck glands.
Do you mean to say that the salivary glands on both sides get swollen?
Did any Doctor suggest to go for blood tests for autoimmune disease?
Is the tenderness at the base of penis structure?
Awaiting for your detailed feedback.
Any other information please.
