Question : Hi , One of my family member is feeling itching on almost whole body from last 4-5 days & today morning to our XXXXXXX when he got up he had bumps/eruptions on his legs & hands. Attaching the picture for your reference

Welcome to Ask A Doctor service.
I have gone through your query and reviewed the attached photograph.

It seems to be urticaria which is an allergic reaction.
It can occur to food, drugs, insect bites, infections and sometimes occurs without any cause.
I would recommend him to take antihistaminic like tablet levocetrizine 5 mg twice daily for 1 week.
This will settle them.
