Question : Hi,
Please prescribe a good medicine which can delay my periods . I will be in a vacation and it would be helpful if you can prescribe something which can go with alcohol.

Hello Ma'am,

I can certainly understand your concern.

I have worked through your attached query in detail.

I generally prescribe oral pills of Norethisterone to my patients with such requirements.

This pill to be taken 48 hours before the scheduled period and to be continued for those number of days for which the delay is wished.

Please check with your physician if he or she shares my view and if can prescribe these medications to you.
