After reviewing the reports attached by you I would like to tell you that both the reports of the patient ie carotid artery Doppler report and the echocardiography report are well within normal limits and these reports does not require any treatment.
However it’s advisable that the person should maintain a healthy lifestyle routine which includes daily morning walks of at least 30 minutes and healthy diet which should include high protein and low fat content.
