Question : Hi Sirs , my wife is 43 years and is having acute back pain . She is ok when sitting straight but the pain increased very much when she is sleeping lying down . The doctor we showed have received Zerodol TH 8 and Cyra . Is that OK ? For one week the pain has not subsided . She is having very hard constipation and gas .

Thanks for the query

It looks like the back pain right now is due to gas bloating of the abdomen.

Is there is any fever, vomiting or loose stools?

Did she get these gas symptoms after taking the back pain medication?

It's possible there is indigestion or acidity or possibility of infection.

She can take one Tablet Buscopan if very severe pain in tummy. The medication for back pain is alright but there is chance she may have developed acidity after taking back pain medication.
