Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Your BMI is 34.8.
It indicates you are obese.
The ideal BMI is 18.5-24.9.
Obesity is causing fatty liver.
Fatty liver in turn is damaging liver causing abnormal liver function test results.
The first step in the treatment is weight reduction.
Bring down your BMI to less than 25. You have to reduce at least 25 kg.
Once optimum weight is achieved, fatty liver will resolve and liver function will improve.
Meanwhile you can take Bilypsa 4mg once daily.
As far as high hemoglobin and RBC counts are concerned, repeat that test. If the repeat test also shows high values, it indicates you have polycythemia and further evaluation to be done by consulting a Hematologist.
Regards,
Dr.R.K.
