Question : Hi Team,
I wanted a doctor who can review my Health checkup report.
I wanted a doctor who can review my Health checkup report.
Brief Answer:
Minor issues
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to Ask A Doctor service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
There is vitamin D deficiency in your report. You can take Calcirol or Dvion XXXXXXX weekly for one month and recheck vitamin D levels.
Also there seems to be anemia due to iron deficiency. You can get your blood iron panel checked to confirm the same. You can take iron supplement like dexorange after confirming deficiency.
Otherwise the report is normal.
Hope this helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Brief Answer:
There seems to be some hemolysis in blood
Detailed Answer:
Hi again
We do need to investigate this further. Indirect bilirubin is raised for last 4 tests. It means that there maybe some hemolysis in blood chronically. Also blood smear is deranged and persistently showing microcytic hypochromic anemia. I will suggest to run tests to rule out thalassemia by doing hemoglobin HPLC/Electrophoresis.
Let me know the report of this test alongwith iron panel.
