Question : Hi This is Sivagopi, I have a problem with my upper tooth .From last 1 week i was facing this tooth ache along with throat and cheek pain. I consulted doctor. They said it is wisdom tooth. Doctor is advising me to remove/extract the wisdom tooth. I was worried about the dental surgery on mu upper jaw. Many people are saying that when they had this Wisdom tooth removal on upper jaw and they said they are facing eye and ear problems. Is it true. Please give me your advise.Is their any alternative rather than surgery.

Thanks for writing to us.

Well, complications will always develop after wisdom tooth removal is not necessary, however in some cases some complications tend to happen due to some accidental mishaps.

Also this is a myth that tooth removal can always affect eye or ear
