                                    Brief Answer:
No need to take emergency pill.
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
Since she was to get her periods within 1 day, the chances of pregnancy after unprotected intercourse are nil.
If she got her periods by now, then there is absolutely no chance of pregnancy.
There is no need to take the emergency pill.
Hope this answers your query.
Best regards

                                    Brief Answer:
You may wait another week for the periods and do a pregnancy test.
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
It would have been very helpful in guiding you if you had written back earlier with these details.
People with irregular periods need to take emergency contraceptive irrespective of the day of the cycle. So if you had written back with this history earlier I would suggested you to take the emergency pill, now however it is too late for the emergency pill to act.
The chances of conception are still very low, particularly because of PCOD.
You can wait for 1 or 2 weeks for the periods, and if she does not get her periods by then, you must do a home urine pregnancy test or better yet will be serum beta HCG levels to see if she has conceived.
If she is pregnant then you must consult a gyneacologist and get a medical abortion as early as possible after confirming pregnancy.
I hope this answers your query.
Best regards

Hello,
No fruits will help.
For medicines, you must consult a gynecologist in person, and these medicines are extremely strictly controlled and can only be purchased with a prescription by a specialist.
