Question : Hi, a couple of weeks ago I noticed a swollen lymph node under my left armpit, the next day it was gone. For the past few days I've noticed a swollen lymph node under my left ear which has not yet gone away.
Brief Answer:
Have you felt sick?
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Those are probably chance findings. Do you feel sick? Fever? Sore throat? Is the lymph node tender to touch? Changing in size?
Looking forward to hearing from you.

Hi, I don't have any of them symptoms and it's not sore to the touch :)
Brief Answer:
That's great
Detailed Answer:
Hi again XXXXXXX
Thank you for your answers. It sounds like chance findings as I mentioned. How big is the lymph node? If it is approximately 1cm in diameter and not growing, it is perfectly fine to just watch and wait.
Please do not hesitate to contact me again if you have further questions.

thanks, I'd say it's around 0.5-1cm in size
Brief Answer:
Perfectly normal
Detailed Answer:
That is perfectly normal. I suggest you just keep an eye on it and only react if it increases in size.
Best wishes.
