Brief Answer:
Viagra not recommended

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I understand your concerns and empathize it.
Erection is a neurovascular phenomenon, i.e the blood should be gushed into the vessels supplying the penis and the nerve should promote the gushing.
At this age and with anti hypertension medication, Viagra is not recommended, without an cardiology test like 2D ECHO, 24 hour BP monitoring for a day. Bisoprolol can reduce your erection on top of your age related vascular degeneration.
So I suggest a doctor examination first and if it goes well, then it can be started with low doses under the direct supervision.
Hope this answers your question.
