Hi , Am Having Enlarged Pores In My Cheeks Which
Question: Hi , am having enlarged pores in my cheeks which came from last 6 month and getting big day by day 2. I have soo many whiteheads in t zone areas which i have for last 2 years it comes and leave a dark patch ,3. i have small tiny whitebumbs all over my hands and in shoulders it comes regularly and that area became dark ,am not having a even tone skin my face have dark patch here and there ,around the nose and chin area is totally dark because of my whiteheads help me with enlarged pores,whiteheads and even skin tone , my back acne please let me know how to upload my photos which gives some more details on my concern

Also there are acne(white heads on back/ shoulders). I would suggest you to use Adapalene % gel (Deriva CMS gel) on face at night after face wash (forehead, cheeks and nose). At daytime you may use clindamycin 1% solution (Clindac A solution) It is comedolytic and would help with whiteheads and blackheads. For back you may use a benzoyl peroxode 5% gel (Pernex 5% AC gel), twice daily. Use a gentle cleanser e.g Cetaphil gentle cleansing lotion, twice daily. These are all prescription medications.

Can i apply the deriva cms gel overall to my face for whole night 2. Can i use clindac A gel instead of clindac A solution 3.can i use this tretment alone or do i need any moisturizer and sunscreen if using moisturiser is ok can i put over the derva cms gel
