Question : Hi, are you able to suggest reasons why when I breath if feels like I'm in a steamy shower room. This has been going on for months. Regards Gary

Hii. Your history is inadequate to come to a conclusion. Are you having allergic symptoms like sneezing, watering of nose, decreased smell,nasal obstruction? The feeling of breathing that you explained may be due to congestion in the nose. Allergic rhinitis may lead to similar kind of sensation. Start a nasal fluticasone spray and steam inhalation to decongest the nose. If you have allergic symptoms stay way from dust,cold. Do nasal breathing exercises and yoga.
