Question : Hi can use muesli power at night. Age 37. I also take BP tablets in morning after breakfast. My BP IS 80/130

I want know how do I control my BP with out taking BP tablets. If BP tablets are started which I have from Nov 18 and BP has come in control with necessary diet. I have heard if BP TABLETS are started it's for lifetime.

i would answer it this way. Hypertension is a chronic condition. Rarely does it go away after it is found. Medications are to be taken as long as some one has high blood pressure. Dietary and life style change offer some help to control BP; but most often it is not sufficient. Therefore the need for medications.
But yes, dietary and life style changes will help in the control of BP. One needs a low salt diet and physical exercise. you should apply it in your life.
A few drugs may influence libido; but most often they are safe and don't affect sexual functions. If you experience libido and sexual effects, I will consider discussing with your treating doctor. A proper evaluation will benefit you.
