Even if we consider your partner has HIV/STD, your acts like hugging, body rubbing have no risk for HIV/STD transmission. Regarding your fear about STD unless he was having any obvious skin lesions when you had body rubbing, there was no risk for STD transmission.
At the same time, you are not immune to certain contagious skin diseases like scabies, fungus or other bacterial infections at the time of such acts, if that individual was having one.
