Question : Hi doc. I am homosexual, few minutes ago i had sex with a guy whose HiV/STD status is unknown to me. In the action i had only intense body rubbing and in entire course of time i was full on cloths and he was naked. In addition little neck kissing, handjob (i was the giver), lip to lip touching (for some fraction of minutes). I ejaculated in my underwear itself. Do i need to worry for any STD or HIV for this event. Thank you in advance

Skin to skin contact as in body rubbing, lip kissing, and hand to genital contact does not ever lead to any STD. STDs are only transmitted through unprotected sex- either vaginal, anal or oral sex wherein the is exchange of infectious fluids or contact with infected genital surfaces.
