Brief Answer:
Perimenopausal Symptoms

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I understand your concerns.

Following is my reply:

1) You seem to be undergoing perimenopausal changes.

2) women at your age are likely to undergo beginning of menopausal changes which includes, irregular periods to start with and all other symptoms you have mentioned like insomnia, fatigue, hot flushes, anxiety, restlessness etc..

3) These symptoms are temporary and might last for about 2 years till menses stop completely.'

4) If you are feeling extremely problematic, I suggest you start with hormone replacement therapy (HRT).

5) HRT involves a set of hormonal medication for you to find relief from these symptoms. These will be prescribed by your gynecologist. Please request for the same from your gynecologist.

Let me know if you need anymore help.

Regards
