                                            Question : Hi doctor,
I am trying to conceive for last one year. I am 35 years old. In the meanwhile i have changed two of my doctors. When i was 25, I have diagnosed with PCOS but now I dont have any ovarian cyst. I have taken twice hcg injection for triggering the ovulation. Also in two cycles medicines for ovulation. In the last cycle i have taken duphaston 10 mg from day 16 for 10 days as suggested by my doctor. As per my doc, there is formation of haemorrhagic cyst during the time of ovulation which creates problem in conception. But in trans abdominal usg after periods that haemorrhagic cyst are cleared. I dont understand what to do. Please advise.

                                    Brief Answer:
Need semen analysis and HSG
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I understand your concerns.
Following is my reply:
1) You need to get semen analysis done for your husband.
2) Since you are already 35 years, it is important to estimate your ovarian reserve by doing serum AMH levels.
3) Taking HCG injections trigger and Duphaston alone will not help you.
4) Get HSG to identify if Fallopian tubes are patent.
Let me know if you need anymore help.
Regards
