                                    Brief Answer:
You will be fine...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
As described you have had tylenol extra strength in dose of 500mg (15ml) 2 days ago and less than 1000mg (10 + 15ml) yesterday. This dose is under the recommended dose is under 3 gm per day. So you need not be worried about liver getting affected. Acetaminophen (tylenol) is a safe drug and you haven't even consumed above recommended dosage. You will be fine.
How are you feeling today? Are you still running fever?
Hope this helps. Let me know if you need clarifications.
Regards

Thank you doctor. Im really fine now except for diarrhoea. Tht too is getting reduced and feeling better compared to day before abd yesterday. One another query i have. if Tylenol extra strength is consumed above the recommended like about 10 to 15 ml extra, Is it harmful to liver? Or is it harmful only consuming above recommended for a longer run? Jus a general query.

                                    Brief Answer:
10-15ml twice or thrice a day is routine administration....
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Tylenol (acetaminophen) toxicity in adults is known to occur when more than 10gm is taken as a single dose. It could also occur when more than 4 gm is taken for weeks.
15ml of tylenol extra strength contain 500mg of acetaminophen. And 500mg three or four times a day is routine administration. I don't expect liver toxicity with this dosage now or in the near future unless you is been taken this dosage for months continuously.
Hope this answered your question. Let me know if you need clarifications.
Regards
PS: Check and verify the dosage of acetaminophen per 15ml of syrup. It should be mentioned on the label.
