Question: Hi doctor I would like to clean my eyes from inside.. Feels like a lot of dust inside, can you suggest me a eye drop which can cleanse the dust and mud??

I can understand your concern...

You may try using Eye drop Refresh Tears 1drop in each eye every 4th hourly for next few days and observe how you stay...Also, stay away from direct exposure to A.C. ducts/direct sunlight...use a separate clean handkerchief for cleaning eyes...wash the eyes with mineral/R.O purified water (instead of regular running tap water)...

However, from your description, it seems like a foreign body sensation...If you notice any additional itching/redness/excessive watering of the eyes, then it's probably conjunctivitis (either allergic or infective)...

In that scenario, kindly visit an Ophthalmologist for an Eye check-up as you may be needing additional treatment (antibiotics/anti-inflammatory/anti-allergic medications based on the findings)...
