Brief Answer:
Need to see T3, T4 levels

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to ASk A Doctor service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Kindly upload the reports so that I can check the whole thyroid profile. Your TSH is mildly raised.
Do you have any symptoms of hypothyroidism like weight gain, weakness, skin problems, etc.

If TSH is raised but T3, T4 are normal, then you dont need thyroid supplements. But you may take precautions like consume iodinated salt and drink cleaner water. Check your thyroid profile regularly every 6 months.

Hope this helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Hello doctor,

I do not have any symptoms or issues related to hypothyroidism.

It was the result value which I got through my annual check up and they did not provide T3 or T4 values...

Only value under thyroid section was 6.25 where control limits were about 5.

Do you suggest me to go blood check up once again to see T3 and T4.

Or since it is close to border shall I avoid, cabbages, cauliflower and taking iodinated salt and drinking cleaner water.

Pls advise
Thanks again
