Brief Answer:
Depends upon life style and other parameter mention below

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear
Welcome to health care magic
Please once get your CT KUB done, as renal stone which your ultrasound report shows tiny one has association with fatty liver which causes sgot and sgpt raise and they rise also only mild. It's better to get investigation done and get treatment accurately for stones and fatty liver. Choose good life style that is BMI should be under 25 ( body weight index) and no alcohol and smoking, eat healthy more fruits, juices, salads, steamed vegetables, antioxidants like amla and aloevera, XXXXXXX etc and learn yoga ( most important ct kub and after that reatment of stones) . Hope this solve your query , please let me know if I can assist you further
