I am Dr.R.K and I am pleased to assist you.
You have coated tongue.
There are many different causes of coated tongue. Some of the common causes include poor oral hygiene, dehydration, tobacco use/smoking, mouth breathing, fungal infection etc.
Maintain good oral hygiene.
Avoid smoking (if you have that habit)
Avoid mouth breathing.
Drink enough fluids to remain well hydrated.
Use tongue scrapper to remove it.
These simple measures may resolve it.
