Brief Answer:
Tooth infection, radiographs, root canal treatment, Disc displacement

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking. I have gone through your query.

The pain in the tooth and neck, ear and back can be because of the tooth infection secondary to a decayed tooth. Nothing to be panic, you should consult a dentist at the earliest and get a radiograph done (X-ray) to confirm the diagnosis. If the tooth is decayed then it has to be root canal treated.

The other possible cause can be a displaced disc in the jaw joint. Even in this condition you can get pain in the jaws, ear, and neck. So consult a dentist and get it evaluated first.

No need to get scared of dentists. Till you get the cause treated, the pain will not subside, unfortunately.

I hope to have answered your query.
