Detailed Answer:
Hi...
Welcome to "Ask a Doctor" service.
I am Dr Ajeet XXXXXXX
I have gone through your query and here is my opinion.
He should avoid taking ketorolac as ketorolac also cause blood thinning which can cause an increased bleeding in the perioperative and post operative period.
Blood thinning is caused due to platelet inhibition action.
Further ,ketorolac is also nephrotoxic and as he has a single kidney so it should not be dispensed.
Please take medical assistance and see his clinician for toothache.
Hope that I have answered your query.
Stay healthy and stay blessed.
Regards.

Thx but which painkiller can he take
Brief Answer:
Ketorolac increase the risk of surgical bleeding so should be avoided
Detailed Answer:
Welcome back.
Acetaminophen/Paracetamol can be used.
Acetaminophen (Tylenol) can be a safe alternative to Aspirin and is an equally effective pain reliever.
It doesn't have blood-thinning effects as aspirin and other pain relievers.
Happy living.
Warm regards.

Brief Answer:
Ketorolac increase the risk of surgical bleeding so should be avoided
Detailed Answer:
Yes....Ultracet is also a safer option.
Keep it s.o.s i.e as and when he has severe pain.
If taken round the clock,he can take it every 8 hourly.
A higher dosing is permissible but might cause nausea and vomitings.
