Question : Hi doctor, we are planning for a baby after 3 months and regarding this we consulted gynaecologist for my wife and then we got HPLC TEST done for my wife. doctor has asked her to check with hematologist regarding significance of increased HBF for conception for paitent health. please find the attached HPLC report for my wife. and suggest your opinion accordingly sothat we can review the same with gynaecologist thanks

As you are having HbF in your test,it is better to rule out thalassemia, sickle cell disease and other blood disorder.
Because if you are suffering with these disease,your baby have chances of the same.
And your husband also needs evaluation.

as my wife is already getting CBP , tsh and rbs tests done today so that should be fine right
