Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
Welcome back to 'Ask A Doctor' service!
Your symptoms are suggestive of dehydration and an electrolyte imbalance.
Blood pressure fluctuations could also play an important role in all this clinical symptomatology.
Hot weather, increased sweating can lead to such clinical situation in every healthy individual.
So, in my opinion, there is no reason to panic.
I would just recommend avoiding staying in hot places and with high humidity.
Hope you will find this answer helpful!
Let me know about everything!
Kind regards,
Dr.Iliri

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
The sharp pain in this region is typical of a musculoskeletal pain ( local inflammation or costochondritis).
So, I don't think it is the heart.
There is no reason to panic! Just relax and try not to think about it!
Wishing all the best,
