Hope you have a good health
Detailed Answer:
Hello Juancarlos, thank you for your question and I hope I can be of help to you today.
I am sorry to hear about this. Blood in the salivary is often a result of trauma to your mouth or throat. In the meantime, you should open your mouth and try to look where is the injury. Rinse your mouth with mild saltwater. If you see any injury area you can try to compress the bleeding area with a cold compress or any clean cloth for 15 to 20 minutes and suck a piece of ice to make the vasoconstriction to help decrease the bleeding. If the bleeding does not stop you should go to see a doctor soon they may need to do a physical examination and looking for where is the bleeding comes from. They may do need an imaging study to find out the place that causes bleeding.
I hope that I could be of help to you today. Please let me know if you need any clarification. If you have any more questions I am available to discuss them with you further. Wishing you good health.
Best regards,
Dr. Heang Raksmey, General and Family Physician
