Hello!

Welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service!

Regarding your concern, I would explain that it is first important performing some tests to exclude some metabolic disorders ( thyroid gland dysfunction, electrolytes imbalances, chronic anemia) that may mimic this situation.

For this reason, I would recommend performing the tests below:

- complete blood count
- blood electrolytes
- thyroid hormone levels
- vitamin D and vitamin B12 levels for possible deficiencies.

It is also important to closely monitor your blood pressure values in order to exclude low blood pressure, which could trigger this situation.

If the above-mentioned tests result normal, I would recommend performing regular physical activity and take some magnesium supplements.

Yoga could help too.

In the case of low blood pressure, increasing water and salt intake would be necessary.

Hope you will find this answer helpful!
