Brief Answer:
Probably tension pressure due to muscle contraction.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Your symptoms seem to be related to tension pressure.

It is usually caused by muscle contraction.

There are many reasons that can cause the muscle contraction. It can be due to sinusitis, fatigue, bad posture.

Some examinations that I recommend are:
-a complete blood count to exclude any infection
-a neck x-ray
-a CT scan

Meanwhile, I would recommend the following treatment :
-Use Baclofen three times a day
-Use magnesium and vitamin B2 supplements which help in muscle relaxation
-Heating pads and hot shower can help

If the symptoms continue you should consult a neurologist for further evaluation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further
