DO you have fever ?
DO you have any sort of obstruction to the urine flow ?

No I do not have any of the symptoms you ask but I have burning in my penis and some discomfort on my sides

You need a course of antibiotics,
Hydrate yourself well,
Drink 100ml of cranberry juice twice daily.
