Brief Answer:
Ketoconazole or ciclopirox olamine shampoo, oral antifungals

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to ask a doctor service
For dandruff you need to use anti fungal shampoo containing ketoconazole or ciclopirox olamine twice weekly.
In case it is severe take oral antifungals like tablet fluconazole 200 mg twice weekly or capsule itraconazole 100 mg once daily for 3-4 weeks.
Oral antifungals are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
