Question : Hi i have been worried about a very localized rash that is only on my belly and breast. I goes away and then returns. It itches like crazy making it hard to wear cloths and at night i wake up from scratching.

Perhaps you have urticaria/hives. I suggest you to take an oral antihistamine e.g cetrizine 10mg tablet once a day in evening. In addition I suggest you to use a soothing lotion e.g calamine lotion. its not hies because its git a scab and its crazy itchy

Could possinly be scabies. l I suggest you to take single dose of oral ivermectin 12 mg tablet. Repeat it after a week. In addition you may continue with oral antihistamine e.g cetrizine 10mg tablet once a day for a few days.
