Brief Answer:
Health anxiety can be cured

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX Thanks for the question. I can understand your emotions.

You must have been told by all of your doctors that you have anxiety disorder, rather health anxiety disorder. Health anxiety is also called hypochondriasis. The treatment for health anxiety is just like any other anxiety disorder plus include imparting knowledge about the specific health concern the client is having.

Doctors are supposed to provide you counseling regarding your specific health anxiety about brain tumor. For an experienced doctor, there is no need for an MRI or CT scan to find out whether you have brain tumor. The specific symptoms associated with brain tumor are enough for a good doctor to diagnose it.

In your case, you have met many doctors and all of them are negative for your brain tumor. Various tests were conducted and everything were perfectly OK. Your doctors also opined that you have anxiety issues.

Here you must be very careful. You should learn to trust your doctors rather than your instincts. The health anxiety is due to your lack of knowledge about your body and organs. The more you learn, the less you worry about diseases because you know what is what. Now, for the time being, your knowledge is limited and never trustworthy. You have to accept this fact and trust your doctor regarding the health concerns you have. Once your doctor says, you are perfect, THAT IS IT.

Another aspect is, you try to know more about the health concern. But make sure, you read materials which are written by eminent doctors or scientists. There are many quacks out in internet who confuse you. Improve your knowledge and it will help you. But usually we discourage this "information seeking behavior" because that could do more distress if ot understood well.

Next aspect is, you can always insist your doctor for a CT scan or MRI scan. They usually refuse because they are pretty sure about their diagnosis. They may agree if you insist. Here, the anxiety may very well die down the moment the results are negative.

You need to treat the underlying factor called "anxiety disorder". Anxiety disorder is always successfully treated with a combination of medicines, counseling and Cognitive Behavior Therapy.

I can guide you through the procedure if you wish. Take care

Detailed Answer:
Dear friend. You are correct. The physical symptoms are too much. To be XXXXXXX I too had heart related health anxiety in my young adulthood. I feel heart stop, palpitation, sweeting, chest pain, arm pain etc very often. I met dozens of cardiologists and did every possible test. Everything perfect. Doctors prescribed medicines for anxiety.

Instead, I decided to study psychology. 3+2+2+4 years of Psychology doctorate. The more I learned, the lesser the symptoms. Gradually all those symptoms and my anxiety stopped. No meds, no tests, no therapies.

Here I am now, providing therapies and helping needy from my own experience. Take my word. It is possible.

Take care.
