Question : Hi i was diangosed with hsv type 1 about 10 yrs ago but lately ive been experiencing other things, like i have constipation which makes me use the bathroom every three days, sometimes my eyes r sensitive when i go outside in light, i get brain fog, headaches, my skin feels like something is crawling on it, my face is steady breaking out..... I feel out of balance i dont know whats wrong with me and im scared to death

The symptoms you have described are not due to Herpes but it is due to excessive anxiety you are experiencing.
You can take laxatives like lactulose for constipation. You can take around 10 ml lactulose smoother your bowel movements. Take more fiber rich foods in your diet.
You can avoid direct sunlight and instill methyl cellulose eye drops for sensitive eyes.Avoid unwanted stress and anxiety. You can try relaxation techniques like yoga and meditation.If symptoms persist, better to consult a psychiatrist and get evaluated.
