Question : Hi; i wrote in a month or so ago about a this white spot which is on my penis. It still has not gone away. The doctor thought it was an infected hair follicle, but i have no hair this far up my penis. The Spot is small a relatively hard. It does not hurt and i cant feel it. I have tried squeezing and nothing happens. I pierced it with a pin a few times and it bleed a bit but then returned to normal shortly. its been on my penis for at least 3 month. I only ever have protected sex. please see attached image

If you can send a new actual photo it would be more helpful through the diagnosis.

The symptoms seem to be related to penile papules.

They are tiny white growth on the penis and are usually harmless.

No treatment is required.

Only in case that the papules cause stress that can be removed through minimal surgery.
