Question : Hi, is this spot a mole or age spot? Middle of photo, hand.
I have lots of moles and skin spots on me. I get checked every 6 months by a skin cancer doctor.

These are age spots and are totally harmless.
For cosmetic reasons these can be easily removed by a dermatologist.
You can even try ointment tretinoin 0.05 % daily in night for a month.
This should give you relief.
