Question : Hi it seems to me that blood vessel pops in my fingers .I get sudden unexplained pain in one of my fingers then a dark bruise.Then it goes away in few hours

As long as it goes away leaving you without symptoms, it sounds harmless. It could be a bleeding disorder or a connective tissue disease. Do you bruise other places?
