Question : Hi, ive got small black dots on my face and shoulders which were not there maybe a year back.. need a solution to get rid of these

Most patients also have an affected family member, so there is an genetic predisposition. They can grow in number over a period of time but mostly remain small in size. Nevertheless, they can be easily removed, with an excellent cosmetic result, either with a laser or with radiofrequency cautery machine.
