Brief Answer:
fluid would help dilute a little but meds needed

Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for using healthcare magic

Diabetes is diagnosed in different ways, a random blood sugar of more than 200, is one way of diagnosing this condition.

This means that at 560, you would , unfortunately, be definitely be considered a diabetic

This level of blood sugar would normally cause increased urination and increased thirst due to the fluid loss. Dehydration is a complication at this value.

Increasing your fluid intake would help to dilute your blood sugars somewhat ( and help the values to decrease) and would also help to treat or prevent dehydration

Only medication can bring this glucose value to normal. The fluid would help to reduce it slightly but you would to be seen because medications are necessary.

in addition to starting medication, your doctor will likely check your urine for ketones (these can be increased with really high blood sugar and mean that the insulin in the body is not able to process the carbs in the body at the moment).

Blood tests would be needed to check electrolyte levels especially potassium, its value can change with the high blood sugar.

It would be best to be seen and assesed

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
