Question : Hi, just yesterday, I found a few red spots on my lower penis's head, though now it looks as though it has receded somewhat, and is now just reddish. I have no trouble urinating and I'm pretty sure its Balanitis. Is there any chance that with washing and time, it'll go away by itself?

Most likely it is candida balanitis. You may use an OTC topical antifungal e.g either clotrimazole cream or ketoconazole cream, twice daily for a week. Use just plain lukewarm water to clean the area.
