                                            Question : Hi my Current Sonography report shows hepatomegaly with grade II fatty liver, i am diabetic and on uric acid medications too, Current SGPT level 62 (normal lab - 43). 59 male

Hi,
You have fatty liver.
Fatty liver is probably due to diabetes.
The SGPT is mildly raised.
You need to keep your blood glucose under control. You need to keep the HbA1C below 7.
If you are obese, you need to reduce weight and keep your BMI under 25.
Avoid alcohol.
Take Bilypsa 4 mg once daily for 4 weeks.
Repeat the liver function test after 4 weeks.
