Question : Hi, my allergies have been acting up lately with sneezing and congestion. My right ear has really been painful lately because of this issue.

Hello,

I have gone through your query and here is my advice.

As per your history, it may be due to allergic rhinitis.

For that I would suggest you to apply nasal saline drops locally. Continue steam inhalation twice a day.

You can take tablet loratidine 10 mg once a day. You can also use nasal decongestant oxymetazoline spray twice a day.
