Question : Hi my blood pressure recently has been 140/90 150/100 and my colhestrol is 4.1 last july. its not constantly high it has been 130/26 etc. i take 40mg of propranalol. im not sure what to do. thanks

Anyway, I would recommend taking half a tablet of propranolol and having some rest.

A glass of lemon juice can help too.
